What will we do in this class?

This class is for people who love producing art.  Hopefully you will learn how to use 3D animation computer tools to make your art better.  Here's my summary plan for the next 6 weeks.

Welcome

This is the new blog site for the '3D Film Effects and Animation' class that meets weekly at Bunten Park in Duluth, Georgia.  The next 6-week class begins on June 2, 2011. 

Learn to create anime-style 3D animated short-movies using Autodesk 3DS Max software.  A 30-day demo version of Autodesk 3DS Max software will be provided for free. No experience required. Please bring your own laptop.  In this 6-week session, we will create a Japanese anime-style animated character, and then use the character create a short animated action video using the 3DS Max Pen&Ink shader.
